Most of the inhabitants of Jakarta live in kampung areas.
They are poor but they are strong at survival.

Many people make a living in home industries like sewing or ' Nasi Goreng ' and tofu - tempe factories or even transportation like motorbike taxi and the 3 wheel bajaj's

This is called the "informal sector" and it's the main way of making a living in Gembrong Gaplok, in Jakarta where the tour takes place.
We will see and feel how neighbours work and live together, pray together and...

... help
each
other in
raising
their
children

From the outside it looks like a jungle but from the inside we see the unique infrastructure.
This will be your experience of a lifetime.

"Odong-odong", an idea to entertain the kids

we run "Dahlia" informal school for the children
